Aker Kvaerner chose steni facade panels

steni has supplied 4000 m2 of steni colour facade panels to the new headquarters of Aker Kvaerner in Norway.

Aker Kvaerner’s new headquarters is located on Snaroya in Oslo and was officially opened on January 23 this year. The building of 60.000 m2 is beautifully positioned with a view to the Lysakerfjord. 2200 employees are working in the headquarters of Aker Kvaerner, while an additional 1000 employees are stationed in the next door building of Telenor.

steni has delivered approximately 4000 m2 of steni colour T7 HG (high gloss) in the special colour NCS S 0907-G20Y (light green) and in the standard colour NCS S 3000-N (light grey) to Aker Kvaerner. In addition to steni colour the building façade consists of metal, glass and light marble.

steni colour façade panel is a fibreglass reinforced polymer composite panel, with a smooth surface of electron beam cured acrylic. steni colour has 40 standard colours, and 15 of these can be delivered in 3 different gloss levels.
